Andrew Wong

Andrew is a partner in the Toronto office of Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP. He works with clients on large construction and infrastructure matters. His project experience includes advising on public-private partnerships and alternative financing and procurement. The projects he has worked on include those relating to transit, schools, airports, railway stations, highways, roads, waste water treatment plants, water treatment plants, transmission lines, nuclear power plants, windfarms, power plants, office towers, data centers, hospitals, manufacturing facilities and warehouses. Andrew is also featured as a leading lawyer in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory for Infrastructure and also for Construction Law.

Andrew is a frequent speaker and writer on topics related to the construction industry. He is the co-program director for the Osgoode Hall Law School Professional Development Certificate in Contract Management for Construction and Infrastructure Project, an instructor in the Osgoode Hall Law School Professional Development Certificate in Construction Law, a lecturer for a Law and Ethics course at the Toronto Metropolitan University and a lecturer for a course on Engineering and Management of Large Projects at the University of Toronto.

Andrew was previously on the Executive Board of the University of Toronto Engineering Alumni Network. He was also Chair of the inaugural Nominations and Governance Committee. In this role, he oversaw the process of interviewing more than 80 alumni each year for alumni leadership roles representing the Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering. He received an Arbor Award in 2023.
