Andre C. Lewis brings over two decades of broad experience in the finance industry, spanning Treasury and Investments. He is currently Senior Director and Head, Total Fund Management at RBC Insurance.

Andre began his career in 2001 in Treasury Operations at CIBC World Markets. He subsequently took on progressively senior roles within the Treasury functions at Manulife Financial (2003–2013) and George Weston Limited (2013–2019). At George Weston, he served as Assistant Treasurer and as Treasurer of PC Financial. George Weston’s operating segments include Loblaw Companies Limited—Canada’s largest food and drug retailer and a provider of financial services—and Choice Properties Real Estate Investment Trust, the country’s largest diversified REIT.

In 2019, Andre transitioned into Investments, holding fixed income Portfolio Manager roles at the Regional Municipality of Peel; Central 1 Credit Union (2019–2022); and DUCA Financial Services Credit Union Ltd. (2022–2025).

Andre is also widely recognized for his volunteer contributions. He is a recipient of the University of Toronto Arbor Award and the Rotman School of Management Volunteer Excellence Award. He actively leads financial literacy workshops, mentors youth, coaches basketball, and serves on several non‑profit Boards. He currently sits on the Boards of the DUCA Impact Lab and the West Neighbourhood House Endowment Fund, and previously served on the Board of the Laidlaw Foundation.

Andre holds an Honours B.A. in Management from the University of Toronto Scarborough and a Master of Finance (MFin) from the Rotman School of Management. He has also completed several professional certifications, including the Canadian Securities Course (CSC), the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, and the Rotman–ICD Not‑for‑Profit Governance Essentials Program.
