As a don at the University's 89 Chestnut student residence, Ryan organized the annual week-long HIV/AIDS silent auction fundraiser. As Lead Don of Community Development, he organized events for the don team and the Residence Council and facilitated communications between the residence office and the executive members of the council. Ryan also led the development of an online health care resource
