Gordon Cressy Student Leadership Award 2012 recipient
Sameer has won many academic awards on this path to a PhD program in Chemistry but has found time for extensive volunteer work on councils and committees on both the Mississauga and St. George campuses. This former treasurer of the Graduate Students' Union served as chair of the U of T Mississauga Governing Council on Athletics and helped negotiate a Mississauga Transit pass for students.
