Gordon Cressy Student Leadership Award 2012 recipient
Belle's leadership and devotion to issues of health and social justice benefit Victoria, U of T and the larger community. She has helped refugee students' transition to life as Canadian University students, organized events to promote awareness of issues related to AIDS, Fair Trade and hunger and has helped to improve the lives of patients through her volunteer work at area hospitals and retirement centres.
