2012 Gordon Cressy Student Leadership Award Recipients

As President of the Canadian Association of Dental Research-Student Research Group, Aileen has increased membership from a handful of students to more than 150 active members. Under her leadership, the group has organized faculty-wide events like Research Orientation Night and the Travel Award Competition, which have substantially increased student research productivity. Aileen also volunteers her time as a peer mentor and has participated in numerous faculty and community initiatives like Wellness Day and the Heart & Stroke Big Bike Ride.
