Gordon Cressy Student Leadership Award 2011 recipient
University College student Liisa Hyyrylainen has contributed time at both the university and community levels. As campus director of the U of T chapter of Peace by Peace and a classroom volunteer, Liisa has helped teach conflict resolution to Grade 5 students in the GTA. She has also been a national campaign adviser for the Canadian Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's annual Shinerama event. At UC, Liisa has served on orientation and residence executives.
