Gordon Cressy Student Leadership Award 2011 recipient
Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering student Evelyn Mukwedeya has assumed leadership roles on and off campus. She is president of Women in Science and Engineering at U of T, of which she has also been a vice-president. She is also vice-chairperson of the National Society of Black Engineers Canada. Evelyn has taken a leading role in the U of T collaboration with the Asian University for Women on a cyber-mentorship initiative.
