Gordon Cressy Student Leadership Award 2010 recipient
U of T Scarborough student Sherif Badr has helped foster student academic development by co-founding uSCIENTIA, an undergraduate peer-reviewed journal of the sciences. Sherif also founded the Mixed Martial Arts Club and was a driving force behind the MMAC Knowledge Fund, which gives underprivileged students the chance to participate in martial arts. He is also student mentorship coordinator for the First Year Experience Program at UTSC.
