Gordon Cressy Student Leadership Award 2009 recipient
PhD student Edward Eng has been active in the Graduate Students Association at the University of Toronto Scarborough as co-vice-president, treasurer and mentor. He also initiated the Let's Talk Science partnership program for both graduate and undergraduate students. Edward has been involved in the search committees for the chair of the Department of Biological Sciences at UTSC and a new faculty member in the area of genomics and population genetics.
