2009 Gordon Cressy Student Leadership Award Recipients

Master of Information Studies student Bill Mann has distinguished himself as a community leader. In his first year, he started a lunch series to encourage interaction in the information profession that attracted prominent guest speakers. Bill has also served as student chapter president and secretary for the American Society for Information Science and Technology, student council representative on the Faculty Programs Committee and student council representative on the Faculty Council. Bill was also co-founder of Faculty of Information Quarterly, an open access on-line journal.
