Gordon Cressy Student Leadership Award 2009 recipient
An arts and science student at New College, Andrew Thomas has made it his mission to improve student life at U of T. This has meant hosting affordable, entertaining events on campus through the New College Student Council (NCSC). In his past four years at the college, Andrew has been busy organizing sports events, movie nights, pub nights and other events. Among his achievements was the organizing of NCSC's largest reading week trip in 2007 when 50 students visited Montreal.
