Gordon Cressy Student Leadership Award 2009 recipient
A law and management student, Alex has made many contributions to the student life and learning at U of T. He led the effort to establish a sustainability policy at the Faculty of Law and, as a student governor on Governing Council, served the broader interests of the University by asking tough questions and making difficult decisions. He also served on the School of Graduate Studies' Task Force on Interdisciplinarity, bringing many ideas to the table.
