As the Second Year Representative on the Department of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy's Student Affairs Committee, Narmin Hemani developed and implemented successful recruitment initiatives, including an open house for prospective students and a workshop for at-risk high school students. Her creativity, enthusiasm and energy in coordinating the OT Orientation Week 2007 garnered the best student evaluations ever. The graduate student in the Faculty of Medicine also enhances the student experience through her role as Social Director on the Occupational Therapy Student Council.
