Gordon Cressy Student Leadership Award 2008 recipient
In addition to maintaining a near perfect GPA, Lucy Manchester has contributed to the Victoria College residence community. The global health specialist has served as a residence Don since 2006, and now holds the position of Senior Don. In 2007, she was the Assistant Producer of the Victoria Variety Show, supervising the coordination of rehearsals among other logistical tasks. As well, Lucy contributed to Victoria's Environment Week in 2006 and 2007, and has volunteered at the college's student-run Fair Trade Café since 2006.
