Gordon Cressy Student Leadership Award 2008 recipient
Vice-President Communications of U of T's student chapter of Teachers Without Borders, Karen Lok-See Wong helps further equitable education. Since 2005, Karen has also volunteered with the U of T chapter of Students Taking Action Now: Darfur to help educate her fellow students and the community about the political and humanitarian crises in Darfur, Sudan. The undergraduate in the Department of Human Biology and Life Sciences is also a loyal player of Innis College intramural basketball, volleyball, Ultimate Frisbee and broomball.
