Francis is the driving force behind the Start@UTIAS entrepreneurship incubator, which helps students at the Institute for Aerospace Studies create businesses based on their research. His dedicated service on the Director's Advisory Board for UTIAS, Boundless Campaign Cabinet and most recent service to the Entrepreneurship Leadership Council has been invaluable.
