Arbor Award 2015 recipient
Richie is a University of Toronto Mississauga graduate, and one of Canada’s most celebrated young filmmakers. His first feature, Amal, was nominated for six Genie Awards. Richie has been a generous volunteer and mentor for UTM students, especially those who are planning careers in theatre and film. He is always happy to come back to campus to share his experience and his passion for filmmaking, and to speak to students one-on-one about their career ambitions.
