Rajan is an alumnus who loves to give back by taking part in the New College Career Mentorship Program. By day, he is head of Fixed Income Strategies Canada at RBC Dominion Securities. And since 2010, he’s been mentoring students interested in careers in banking and finance. Students say they appreciate how honest and approachable he is and his “cool personality” makes it easy to talk to him.
