Kia is a longstanding friend to the Edward S. Rogers Sr. Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering at the Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering. As a senior software executive, she is a role model to current students and new graduates. Kia is always willing to give of herself and to mentor young female alumni. Earlier this year, she returned to Skule to give an inspiring keynote address at the Rogers Department.
