Ken is an alumnus of Rotman Commerce at the Faculty of Arts and Science, and owns one of the more interesting businesses started by U of T grads. His Ontario Spring Water Sake Company brews the traditional Japanese rice wine in Toronto’s Distillery District. Ken has often come back to Rotman as a guest speaker, and is the host of a series of alumni networking events at his brewery.
