Kent has been a dedicated volunteer for Emmanuel College, serving as a member-at-large for the Emmanuel College Alumni Association Executive. The responsibilities of his ministry, and the long-distance commute from his four Pastoral Charges in Woodstock, Ontario, did not limit Kent's contribution to the ECAA Executive and sub-committees.
