2012 Arbor Award Recipients

Richard Choe joined the Emmanuel College Alumni Association in 2008 as a member at large. He became Vice-President later that year and President in 2010. During his time as President of the association Richard assisted at many alumni events, often with a camera at hand to record the proceedings. Richard also served on the Victoria University 175th Anniversary Worship Subcommittee.
