In 2009 Lauren Troncone joined Loretto College as the Associate Dean of Women. In this role she has created even greater synergies between Loretto, St. Michael's College and the University of Toronto. Most recently she mentored St. Michael's students considering careers in education. A founding member of St. Michael's Alumni Mentorship roundtables, she has also mentored students in the Christianity and Culture Program.
