2009 Arbor Award Recipients

Retired dentistry professor Jack Dale was a favourite of the many students he taught and mentored. Jack has carried on that dedication since his retirement, particularly in the area of dental history. Together with his wife and fellow alumna, Anne, Jack has given countless hours to the preservation and chronicling of Canadian dental history. His efforts include volunteering at the faculty's Dental Museum, and working to research and acquire new artifacts to add to its collection. An accomplished visual artist, Jack also provides artwork for dental lectures.
