Arbor Award 2008 recipient
Marian Packham, who earned her PhD at the School of Graduate Studies in 1954, has been a cornerstone of excellence in the Department of Biochemistry. She served on several boards and committees at the department, faculty and the university level. In addition she chaired the U of T Radiation Protection Authority. Most recently Marian wrote a comprehensive history of the biochemistry department that formed the focal point of its centenary and now supports development activities.
