2008 Arbor Award Recipients

John Vivash is a fervent believer in the ability of motivated individuals to transform their lives and their prospects through post-secondary education. John is a strong advocate of the Transitional Year Programme where adults with no formal education prepare to qualify for university admission. He has actively encouraged students by serving as a mentor, guest speaker and fundraiser and by participating in everything from pizza lunches to graduation ceremonies.
