Arbor Award 2008 recipient
Deryk Beal has been a member of the Speech-Language Pathology Alumni Association since 2000 and president since 2003. He has helped organize and administer various events and awards for both students and alumni. Under his leadership, the association has successfully increased and maintained new membership. Derek is especially proud of his involvement in the department's 50th anniversary celebrations. He earned his MHSc in 2000 and is now pursuing a PhD.
