Despite a busy schedule at St. Michael's Hospital, William Tucker has generously donated his time to co-chair the Department of Surgery's Education Awards Committee. The 1968 graduate has led a co-ordinated approach to nominating deserving faculty, residents and fellows for the more than 60 annual awards. William has provided strategic direction in the creation of a teaching awards database across all surgical specialties and divisions.
