Arbor Award 2007 recipient
Since 1989, Major (retired) William L. B. Heath, CD has served on the Soldiers' Tower Committee. As secretary, he coordinated the commissioning and ceremonial unveiling of a portrait of Colonel Frederick Tilston, VC. In 2005, William was the master of ceremonies at the dedication of the tower's eight memorial stained glass windows. Currently, he chairs a sub-committee creating a memorial for those from U of T who fell during the Korean Conflict. Every year, he handles media relations for the Service of Remembrance.
