Arbor Award 2007 recipient
A 1994 graduate of the University of Toronto at Mississauga, Karen Kwan Anderson has helped rejuvenate the campus' Alumni Association. She joined the association in 1999 as a Member-at-Large and served as President from 2005 to 20007. Karen then spearheaded a movement to implement a succession plan for the executive, develop transparent job descriptions, update the constitution and heighten awareness of the association in the alumni community. Since 2004, she has also served as an alumni mentor through the campus' Mentorship Program.
