Together, they will guide attendees through an evidence‑informed overview of perimenopause and menopause, covering both common and often‑overlooked symptoms, as well as the full spectrum of available support and treatment options. Through myth‑busting insights, discussions on equity and access to care, as well as practical tools for workplace and health care self‑advocacy, Dr. Wijayasinghe will equip participants with strategies to navigate midlife with clarity and confidence.
