Join Ven. Pomnyun Sunim for an audience-led conversation exploring mindfulness, anxiety, and emotional well-being.

Through his signature Jeukmun Jeukseol 즉문즉설卽問卽說 — "immediate questions, immediate answers" — format, he offers direct responses to audience questions and practical wisdom for navigating the challenges of everyday life. 

Ven. Pomnyun Sunim is a Korean Seon (Zen) Buddhist monk, humanitarian, and peace activist. Internationally respected for applying Buddhist teachings to contemporary social challenges, he is a recipient of the Ramon Magsaysay Award and the Niwano Peace Prize.
