Join us in conversation with U of T alumna Sushma Jobanputra (LLB 1988), Partner-in-Charge of Jones Day Singapore whose career spans Toronto, London, Paris, and Singapore. From becoming the youngest graduate in U of T Jackman Law's history to leading complex banking and finance work across international markets, often breaking glass ceilings to do so. Sushma brings a global perspective shaped by her experience, reflection, and resilience.
If you’re thinking about how to build a global career, this conversation is for you. Sushma will share her reflections on navigating change, rethinking work-life balance and overcoming imposter syndrome, while inviting you to consider how you can leverage your own background and experiences to forge a successful path in a global context.
