An unforgettable evening of cinema, conversation, and community as we celebrate U of T's Dr. Eric Jackman Institute of Child Study Lab School centennial year with a wine reception and exclusive screening of the TIFF film, Steal Away.
Director Clement Virgo returns with a bold, mesmerizing, and erotically charged new film — a sociopolitical and psychosexual fairytale-like adventure that takes viewers on a shadowy, treacherous, and thrilling ride. Written by Tamara Faith Berger and produced by the JICS Lab School’s very own Damon D’Oliveira, Steal Away is a daring exploration of desire, power, and survival that captivates the senses and challenges perception.
