Workshop leader:

Dr. Jotthi Bansal (PhD 2025) is a Clinical Psychologist (Supervised Practice) who specializes in adult mental health. She supports both individuals and couples in building resilience through the evolving demands of life. Central to Dr. Bansal’s philosophy is the belief that meaningful change comes from learning to work with thoughts and emotions rather than against them, being present in life and facing challenges with understanding.
Dr. Bansal has worked extensively with clients navigating trauma, anxiety disorders, relationships, life transitions, and career development. As an active researcher at the University of Toronto, Dr. Bansal focuses on developing therapeutic supports for high-performing populations (such as athletes and executives) as well as immigrants in professional fields.
