Throughout her career, Marilyn has held leadership roles across healthcare, financial services and the public sector, including TD Bank, Trillium Health Partners and Peel Public Health. Today, she is Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of ICON Talent Partners and Co-founder of the ICON Leadership Institute, where she helps professionals develop the skills, confidence and clarity to build meaningful careers and create lasting impact.
A proud University of Toronto alumna, Marilyn has successfully navigated multiple career transitions while balancing executive leadership, entrepreneurship, public service, community engagement and family life.
