Join fellow alumni and other parents for an afternoon of practical advice on being in the moment with your kids.
In her talk, mindfulness expert Mari Rossi will explain how to listen with intention, become aware of emotions and build acceptance. Come find out how mindfulness can strengthen the parent-child bond and help everyone feel happier. Space is limited. The workshop includes:
- A presentation by Mari Rossi (BSc ’17), an in-demand mindfulness instructor, online university lecturer and doctoral candidate at the University of Toronto
- Q&A, partner work and exercises to take home
- Light refreshments
- Your choice of two workshop dates: Sunday, January 26 or Sunday, February 2, 2020
