U of T alumni and friends are invited to a thought-provoking talk on

With Dignity: Supporting End-of-Life Decisions

by Dr. Jeff Myers

New legislation granting eligible Canadians medical assistance in dying (MAiD) has changed already complex decisions around end-of-life care. Professor Jeff Myers, head of U of T’s Division of Palliative Care, will discuss what happens once a patient chooses MAiD. He’ll also talk about life after MAiD for the loved ones left behind.
