Brad Beveridge is President and Chief Executive Officer of Odgers Canada. He leads the firm’s Senior Leadership Team and serves on Odgers’ global and US Boards of Directors. Brad joined Odgers in 2021, bringing more than 25 years of global consulting and management experience. His tenure includes four years of strategic leadership as President, where he led the firm’s transition from an executive search firm to an integrated leadership advisory firm, playing a key role in enhancing client experience and business performance.

Inspired by the firm’s purpose to Elevate organizational performance by recruiting and developing exceptional leaders and teams, Brad is committed to the continued expansion and growth of the firm’s executive search, executive interim, professional search, and leadership advisory services.

Brad previously served as Executive Vice President at a prominent global talent management firm, where he led a large team across several lines of business. His leadership extended to executive committees for both global and Canadian operations. He has also held senior positions at two renowned international search firms.

Brad earned an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, a Juris Doctor (JD) from Western University, and an Honours Bachelor of Arts and Science from McMaster University. He is an active volunteer in his community and recently completed four years on the University of Toronto’s College of Electors where he served for two years as the Vice Chair.
