De Profundis: Lamentations in Contrition

Monika Berenyi is a creative artist who works in an array of artistic media. Since childhood, she has nourished her artistic spirit and eclectic interests, and now asserts her vocation for pure art in a professional capacity.

Her books of poetry: De Profundis: Lamentations in Contrition, I-XVII (2006), and Wild Blue Karpaty: A Collection of Poetry and Verse (2005) have been well-received. Monika has studied visual arts and humanities at the University of Toronto, McMaster University, University of Lublin and Dundas Valley School of Art. She has exhibited her visual work in Canada, Russia, and Hungary.
